CCData (a trading name of Crystal Clear Data Pty Limited) is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. The known limitations are listed in section 5.

The site is delivered over HTTPS and uses standard, modern web technologies that are supported by current accessibility tools.
We are aware of the following accessibility issues. We are actively working on these and welcome feedback if you encounter additional barriers.
Several decorative and content images on the homepage and inner pages currently have empty or partial alternative text. Screen-reader users may not receive a meaningful description of these images. We are progressively replacing the alt text on the most important images first. Relevant criterion: WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content.
The website’s contact forms rely in some places on placeholder text rather than visible field labels. Placeholder text can disappear once the user starts typing and may not be reliably announced by some screen readers. We are migrating these forms to use persistent visible labels. Relevant criteria: WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value.
The homepage includes a looping background video that may begin playing automatically. While we have muted the audio, auto-playing motion can be distracting for some users. Relevant criteria: WCAG 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide, 2.3.3 Animation from Interactions.
Some text on the site (particularly accent text in light cyan) may not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio against the surrounding background on every page. Relevant criterion: WCAG 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum).
The site does not currently respect the prefers-reduced-motion user preference. Users who have configured their system to reduce motion will still see the same animations as other users. Relevant criterion: WCAG 2.3.3 Animation from Interactions (Level AAA, not Level AA — but trivial to support and we plan to.)
The site contains around 220 location-specific pages that were generated programmatically. Some of these pages do not meet the same accessibility standards as the main pages and are currently excluded from search engines while we review them.
As of 27 June 2026, the following accessibility improvements have been made to the site:
<h1> heading has been added to the homepage to give the page a clear top-level title (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6).<main> landmark has been added to the page structure so assistive-tech users can jump directly to the main content (WCAG 2.4.1).Our website is assessed by Sevify Digital, who provide accessibility specialist expertise and conduct WCAG-aligned reviews of the site. The most recent internal review was conducted on 1 May 2026 as part of a broader site audit, and the issues listed in section 5 were identified at that time. Remediation of those issues is ongoing.
A full WCAG 2.1 Level AA assessment of ccdata.com.au — including hands-on testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, colour-contrast measurement, and reflow testing at 320 CSS pixels — is currently being planned and will be conducted by our accessibility specialist before any full conformance claim is made.
We review the site on at least an annual basis and after any significant change to the site’s design or structure.
